Turnkey means one team handles everything — from the first design concept to the day you receive the keys to a finished home. Not design-only. Not design plus some items. Everything: false ceiling, flooring, modular kitchen, wardrobes, electrical, painting, and final styling.
The alternative — which most homeowners end up doing by default — is hiring five different vendors and spending weeks coordinating between them. A designer produces drawings, a carpenter builds cabinets from those drawings without fully understanding the design intent, an electrician arrives while the carpenter is still working and both fall behind, and six months later the home is still unfinished. No one is accountable because everyone blames the previous trade.
With a turnkey project, there is one contract, one timeline, one person you call when something needs attention. Our founder Vikas personally oversees every project. If we commit to handing your home over in eight weeks, that is the date we work backwards from.

Approximately 1,200–1,800 sq ft. Includes full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living, dining, and study. Add 2 weeks for high-end finish or structural modifications.
2,000 sq ft and above, including duplex and independent floor projects. Commercial projects of similar scale follow a comparable timeline with phases agreed at project start.
